In Sept my body was a crumpled mess putting a temp stop to running 78 in. Ive have been seriously following rehab, slowly doing short runs, relearning, taking on board advise, refocusing on how to achieve my ambition of running in each postcode in UK and raise £124000 for @CR_UK

Body is rebelling, need to listen, take some weeks to recover so can finish #RunFindlayRun for @CR_UK strong. Last night little bump on head nothing major but along side physio concern on risk injury more broadly best regroup. Be back in few weeks.
