Thanks @RunWales ! We enjoyed taking part in the relay along with friends from local, social running clubs! We went to our local parkrun @grangemrparkrun to celebrate the end of the relay!

We are looking forward to running this evening. It's going to be a very warm evening, please bring water, sunscreen, hats or anything which will make you more comfortable. Be careful not to push yourself too much. The session will take into consideration the heat as well
