@RzstProgramming Non-compliance to a command from a law enforcement officer is NOT a capital crime. And, anyone wearing a badge that thinks it is needs to be off the job immediately! Retraining won’t help because the officer has a fundamental misunderstanding of the job.

@RzstProgramming The situation has already escalated in this video, obviously the driver had declined to hand over his information. Why? The officer IMO was stating the facts. This is how shootings escalate and start.
