Oh my gosh you guys, we have been out at service today serving an incredible meal to our neighbors, and when I came home I found out that we had been gifted the food processor from our wish list that we so desperately needed for so long! I am so grateful and so stoked. Thank you!

Tents, cold weather sleeping bags, etc that our neighbors request but that aren't covered in the base budget. We cover what we can out of pocket, but it just isn't sustainable for us to continue indefinitely. We appreciate everyone who helps us raise $$ to help our neighbors!

We're hoping to eventually add another meal service as soon as we can cover it. We'll keep our fundraising goal to $500/week for now. Anything beyond the ~$300/week we spend on basic supplies for service will go towards buying bigger cost supplies like heaters...

Howdy Twitter! Some updates: Based on our fundraising level, we are going to move forward with one meal service a week right now, on Wednesdays from 12-2. We'll also be providing funds for folks to drive around to individual folks and encampments w/ food and supplies as able.

Reportback threads from our medics are vital to ensuring that the neighbors we serve do not slip through the cracks. Become invisible in the constant death march that the city of so called Seattle subjects our houseless friends to. Please bear witness.

Monday service in Everett will still go on with @Snocoequityalli and you'll still see some @RedCedarCN medics out there (support them on Patreoooon patreon.com/scpm), we just don't have the funding to cover those costs right now, so those funds will be raised separately!

Report back from service with @SCPMedics : we spent the morning out in the snow holding the line at City Hall to keep our neighbors from being forced to march in the cold to nowhere. They were going to displace our neighbors on Sunday and they've been held back since then.

I have an urgent ask. We have a five month old infant who needs specific infant formula and we are completely tapped funding wise. We need $24 for aluminum free infant formula for his allergy. It's... in lots of formula somehow. We're $redcedarcn on CA if you can. Thanks so much!

Report back from service with @SCPMedics last week: went out a few times to med service; we continue to serve with @Snocoequityalli / @SEverettMA / @BabySupportBloc / @RedCedarCN as service medical crew and as on call medics for emergencies. Last week was super busy.

We did a lot of harm reduction tonight, stayed on point for narcan training and ready for emergencies. Every service is different but these busy night services are their own special beast. We got some safety vests and will up our stocks of hand warmers. Good service today.

The intersection is huge and very busy - eight lanes each way, slammed with commuter traffic and dark - the streetlights work intermittently. Serving macaroni watching folks get nearly hit by cars over and over again, omg. We need to bring glowsticks next time to hand out.

Report back from service with @SCPMedics : we went out to a nighttime hot meal service put on by @SEverettMA / @Snocoequityalli and served a metric ton of mac n cheese in record time. These folks are serving tons of people - incredibly important to follow and support them.

Report back from service with @RedCedarCN this week: we had a couple good days out in service this week. The weather was and is shit, but we got out tents and sleeping bags and hot meals and stocked the pantry. It's been a long time doing this service and it's real smooth now.
