No that is not our market. Thankfully our 84 year established local companies primary market has been the typical 45-90 age demographic of two of the wealthiest zip codes in America, La Jolla & Rancho Santa Fe CA. We are well aware of what media they prefer most.

No that is not our market. Thankfully our 84 year established local companies primary market has been the typical 45-90 age demographic of two of the wealthiest zip codes in America, La Jolla & Rancho Santa Fe CA. We are well aware of what media they prefer most.

It is as if you have no memory of how the world revolved before Yelp. People lived their lives and made correct decisions without hand holding by faux fake reviews and others that are made up to just make you feel good or rock the boat.

Generations of great print advertising sales people sold ads and collected money for their next editions which were not out for in some cases a year as is the case for YP's and annual biz directories. Those reps would be a wealth of information on how to do it.

Notice the aluminum container it is in. Those were made to be heated in the oven. Few had microwaves back then. Kids would be really lucky to get that for dinner back then. Otherwise you might get a can of spaghetti O's or Hormel Chili. How did GenXers grow up healthy at all?

Always feel bad for the elderly who spend literally 20 minutes at a cash machine trying to figure out how to use it when they would have preferred to simply bring their check to a live teller and do a transaction much faster like they had done for decades.

Reminds me on the non science educated sheep who ran out to buy the new energy saving lightbulbs only to toss them in the landfills where they leached all their internal chemicals into the ground water. Should have stuck with the old school glass bulbs just used a lower wattage.

Reminds me while looking out at the ocean with an unlimited supply of water I remember they made us get low flow toilets to save water. Most people have to flush those twice or three times to get things to go down using more water than before.

Reminds me of when they said we need to switch to plastic grocery bags from paper bags to save trees. How did that work out. Plastics bags are everywhere, in the ocean and do not decompose. Should have stuck with paper as it decomposes.

Reminds me when they told us the glass soda bottles were filling up the landfills so we had to switch to plastic bottles. How did that work out? Plastics are everywhere and in the oceans now.

As you know most teenagers laugh when you bring up FB these days as they have moved on to other sites. So many others as you know are dropping it like the plague based on its big brother tracking and other reasons you are well aware.

You seem a bit out of touch with most non tech employed men and people aged 45-90. I have randomly asked those people for years if they believe reviews on review sites or even use them. They nearly always just laugh, shake their head and start insulting those tech mediums.

You are correct people dont get reviews from traditional media.Many are able to make their own decision without needing influence from some stranger. You are either a follower or able to blaze your own trail and make your own decisions with your own instincts without review sites

All you have to do is speak to all the people out there who don't use FB and those who only may use it a few times a year when forced to by their grandkids. Most of the rest of the people who do use it also despise creepy tracking ads forced on them by social sites.

Only the sheep don't know and the techies profiting from this who have fronted for nearly ten years that they don't know and all reviews are great.The savvy wise rest of us knew most reviews are bogus and relied on trusted true local traditional media resources to find businesses

People were far more passionate about those as a way to support their local small businesses back then than they are these days being forced to download some lame loyalty app that most people have no interest in wasting their time using.
