I don't know why it took me so long to figure out that I can use artificial flowers in my yard. I have bought more fake flowers than a little bit. I got a big yard to fill with fake ass flowers 🙌🏽🙌🏽

38 and feeling great. Sharing my bday with Father's day was a little weird because I woke up thinking about how much I wish my dad were here. But I have a great life and I have to acknowledge that too 💕

I love using crossfit movements in my every day life. Functional fitness is carrying 15 60lb bags of concrete to the back yard and sled pulling 120lbs of concrete. Cheers to today's #WOD

Normally, I hang out in my studio all day long because it's my place of work. But I can barely go in there, I'm so sad that I can't work. My clients are going crazy cuz they wanna shave. I'm so depressed, I just wanna do what I normally do. I'm def about to roll up 😢

I watch a ton of crime docs. I'm always the same amount of baffled. How do ppl get that way. Like wtf is wrong with humans. It's some evil ppl out there. Anyway, be nice and don't kill anyone. Just try to work it out 😩

Did 20.1 yesterday. 116 reps for me. That crap was hard af. 10 rounds of 8 ground to overhead & 10 bar facing burpees. I got 6 rounds+8 #crossfitopen2020
