For those wondering, yes, I am still zero refined carb and metabolizing fat preferentially (and glucose was 77).
@dietervds You're VERY welcome! It surprises many people that our livers convert excess carbohydrate directly into triglyceride "blood fat."
@dietervds I switched to finger-prick blood testing, which yields calibrated results, so I dropped the work on the "ketoflute". :/

@rgatw Right. They are high in fiber. So it's technically carbohydrate, but it's indigestible, so not much sugar. So kinda so-so.
@rgatw Grains -- Wheat, Corn, Rice (and Potato), because they are STARCHES -- thus sugars 00 should ALL be avoided.
@rgatw Pistachios are the lowest cal and highest fat + TONS of fiber. Almonds and Macadamia nuts are also favs. :)
@rgatw Russel... If you can fit it into your total daily carb budget (<200 calories) then go for it. But I stay away from peanuts.
Almonds: AMAZED by how few it takes (after waiting 15 min for effect) to fill me up. Full of fat & fiber. Definitely a keeper! :)
@f1assistance Yes. Tons of protein and fat. Tasty and good if you're not lactose intolerant.
