Our data shows poorest communities/ lowest workforce highest need Break the vicious cycle . It doesnt matter how many resources you have if you dont use them wisely . Campbell Christie (2011) predicted the need for this change in public services. Whats stopping us ?!
@Claire_R123 @SpcialNdsJungle Interesting - I used the ‘vicious cycle’ illustration in a review of speech and language therapy services some years ago! A paradigm where SLT services can only work at ‘specialist’ level drives demand for EHCPs & prevents the development of an impactful whole system

The balanced system should enable easier access & more impactful support for those that need it - but the reality of capacity is a crucial & parallel issue
