The 7th CSB Health and Wellness All Staff event was awesome. Mark Featherstone and Phillipe Guy shared the Psychology of Flow. Elaine Guimont, Paul Perras, Deepa Hariharan shared their powerful journeys in life. Humans are primed for stories, thank you for being so generous.
