@SVG__Collection Oh nice. Patrice rushen is new to me.
@SVG__Collection You may want to listen to also (among others)... - Blow by Blow (1975) by Jeff Beck - Breezin' (1976) by George Benson - Still Life (Talking) (1987) by Pat Metheny Group
@SVG__Collection This is a great start. Unfortunately people tend to stop and refuse to listen to the new styles of Jazz Fusion. Artists like Karl Denson , Yussef Days, and Kasami Washington are really good and don't get the respect they deserve.
@SVG__Collection Nice to see Patrice in here!
@SVG__Collection I absolutely love these Beginners Guide” posts. Thanks @SVG__Collection
@SVG__Collection Excellent choices. I would add a couple of Bobbi Humphrey albums in there; McCoy Tyner’s Looking Out; Lonnie Liston Smith’s Dreams of Tomorrow; and, Wilton Felder’s Gentle Fire… 🎵 Paz’s Look Inside, and Burgess Gardner’s Music Year 2000 maybe? 🎵
@SVG__Collection This is a great beginner’s guide, because it will help the beginner know what kind of jazz fusion listener they are.
@SVG__Collection Grover's guitarist use of the Morley Wha was awesome! Obviously studied Robin Trower.
@SVG__Collection The description is about hard bop. Maybe from yesterday post
@SVG__Collection I would have included the Crusaders. Images is an absolute masterpiece
@SVG__Collection In a silent way album is something else
@SVG__Collection That’s EPIC and very accurate! Thank you

@SVG__Collection I think also this
