“Don’t pass it up, pick it up” - A frequently ignored reminder among ambassadors of SeaWorld Orlando
@SWneedshelp I think both of those rules are broken. Ambassadors have no energy and just mope around the park. There is no desire to operate rides efficiently either. It also doesn’t help when trashy guests throw garbage on the floor so it isn’t their problem
@SWneedshelp true 😭 their recruitment standards is nowhere to be found
@SWneedshelp When they’re paying the least amount in town, you get the least amount of motivation. Too bad they aren’t using that surcharge to pay their ambassadors competitive wages. But yeah these parks are generally pretty gross in the cleanliness department.
@SWneedshelp If I were in the position to do so, I'd gather the ambassadors in a single room and tell them "do your best to keep this park as clean as you wish the oceans could be."
@SWneedshelp To be fair, many ambassadors have jobs to do and places to be. If you’re 5 minutes late from a break because you stopped to pick up everything you saw, yes the park is clean but then you’re delaying more breaks. They could just pay people to pick up trash though. That does work.
@SWneedshelp Can we get some updates on how the queues are holding up still??
@SWneedshelp Sad they need signs which should already be COMMON SENSE.
