A MR Conditional monitor was reported to have failed. A nurse brought a new monitor, that was NOT MR Conditional. The monitor was drawn to the MRI scanner, striking both an MRI tech & anesth. on its way into the bore, where it struck the patient. #MRI #MRIsafety #MRIaccident

سواء كان الموضوع ١. حشوات سلكونية ٢. بطارية قلب ٣. مفاصل صناعية، براغي، مسامير جراحية ، الخ… للاسف لايوجد في الكويت سجلات بالمواد/الجهزة المزروعة Implants ، ولاتعطى للمريض بطاقة تحمل هذه المعلومات. لذلك قد تتعرض صحة الانسان للخطر في حال تم اكتشاف اثار جانبية لهذه المادة/الجهاز

على كل مريض التعرف على نوع المادة أو الجهاز المزروع في جسمه ليتمكن من متابعة سلامة ومأمونية هذه المادة وبالتالية صحته. ١. اطلب بطاقة تسجيل المادة ٢. طالب بإخبارك باي تحذيرات قد تطرأ لاحقا ٣. تابع الموقع الالكتروني للشركة المصنعة

حتى اصبحنا ننشر التوعية باهمية وجود جهاز رقابي للتكنولوجيا الطبية فأسسنا مبادرة #الصحة_الآمنة و حساب @SafeHealthTech وساهمنا (ولو بالقليل) في تاسيس لجان تمخضت عنها قرارات وزارية تفعل الجانب الرقابي وتصنيفات الاجهزة الطبية وكانت هذه اللجان بقيادة: @DrABQ @AlbastakiDonia @ral3eesa
