For over 30 years, DHH people fought for captioning. More people r now relying on technology during coronavirus. Shaylee Mansfield, Deaf girl, had enough! She sends a loud message to @instagram to add #instacaptioning on their platform for over 400 Deaf & hard of hearing people.

So just got the response back from complaining about my experience at court a few weeks ago. Court says sorry, they’re failing, they’re guilt, and guess what? They won’t do it again! Great news, if they could convince me they knew what it was they needed to fix!

Lady serving at till this morning clearly said something and needed a response. I’m deaf, I will need to lip-read I told her. She then ignored me and spoke to my husband. Much to his embarrassment I dumped the shopping and left and went off to complain at customer services!
