עיריית אום אל פחם ותושביה מגנים בכל תוקף את הפיגוע בו נפגעו חפים מפשע. העירייה ותושבי העיר מאמינים ומחויבים לחיים משותפים, ובפועל מקיימים יחסי שכנות מתוך כבוד הדדי ושותפות עם שכננו בחדרה ובאזור. לא ניתן לפגוע במרקם היחסים הטוב בינינו. אנו מתפללים להחלמתם המהירה של הפצועים.
