My toxic trait is thinking sleep would be a “waste of time” even when I’m too tired to do anything else.

Life with ADHD is 1/3 sleeping, 1/3 working/studying and 1/3 recovering from the exhaustion of it all while feeling guilty for not producing/doing chores or even enjoying your hobbies during that time.

When you read the same text on repeat but can't remember what you've read, your brain is not engaged. Trying harder to read better won't help. Do something to change the situation—read out loud, sit somewhere else, drink some water... @proyearner

ADHDers! Do you ever go through moments when nothing feels fulfilling? There’s nothing ‘new and shiny’ to fixate on so everything feels so unvaried. I think this is just what normalcy should be like but idk
