Well first day not great so far. Kid had a breakdown this morning before class so then I had a breakdown later at home. Shout out to my hubby for dealing with two crying girls this morning lol. I won’t be ok until she comes home and tells me she had an amazing day. Pray for me.

Since we are about to depart this place (sad face) I can share with you the view from our balcony. We stayed right on Carolina Beach and had perfect views of the water and the carnival area (which definitely looks better at night lol).

Was at the pool earlier and a firetruck, two cops cars and an ambulance pull up and all go into the hotel. Then on the way to dinner we almost ran over a lady who ran straight into the road while running from the cops. It’s getting wild around here lol.

Made it to NC! Saw approximately 12 seconds of the Minneapolis airport while we were sprinting to make our connecting flight thanks to stupid short layover and our first plane coming in 30 minutes late. It’s been a long day but we made it.
