A3: My previous school did a lot of parent PD through the Leader in Me. We created "Lighthouse Families" and each month families would learn about a leader in me topic and earn a badge for their "passport" to becoming a Lighthouse Family. #MLDSchat

A2: Parents are always involved in special activities... party days, activity day, book fair, etc. I think it becomes more meaningful when they get to join into the classrooms during the regular day as guest readers or something similar. #MLDSchat
