आज माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने माना की चंडीगढ़ के मेयर चुनाव में Presiding Officer ने लोकतन्त्र की हत्या की है उसपर मुकदमा दर्ज होना चाहिए ! सच्च तो यह है कि भाजपा बिना EVM के चुनाव जीत ही नहीं सकती क्योंकि उन्होंने चुनाव पूर्व जो वायदे किए थे वो पूरे नहीं हुए!
