This is not just a bank account, it's an entire banking system, made out of general purpose hardware. Just as @TraceMayer suggested is most secure. Phone=checking Tablet=savings USB stick=investments NFC card=prepaid debit Paper wallet=money order +a Yubico MFA key for security

Privacy matters when it comes to identity protection, physical protection, and asset protection. It seems not important at all until it's lost. Then one realizes it was the most important thing of all.

I've been waiting for payment for a free-lance gig with a crypto custodial company. They weren't set up to pay me in BTC, so I sent a Stripe invoice. The result: -a 7 day delay -$4.96 in fees on $145 payment! -they exposed their IP address, browser, & type of device used.
