Dear @DrmChennai @GMSRailway @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva The contactor taking Rs.5/- instead of Rs.2/- as mentioned for urinals. Paying Rs.3/- extra is not a problem for @SwachhBharatGov. If this type of loot is happening at Chennai Central railway station how can it be unnoticed
