Managed to see one of the jester's performances today... I believe his name is Jevil? ...Why does that feel so familiar..? ...Anyway! He truly is a master of his craft, I could sit and watch his little dance for hours! I hope I'll get applause like that someday...

The puzzlemaster is an odd fellow. He locked my door this morning, then slipped the easiest maze I'd ever seen under it. He had quite an amusing fit after I solved it and sent it back!

I do wonder why they'd even need a court magician... most of the kingdom's magic users are already part of the court, I'm sure they could entertain themselves..! Not to mention they're better than me. Hm. ...Guess that means it'll be a tough crowd. But, I do love a challenge!
