Update: A fancy French chef has been brought in to teach our new “head chef” how to cook. Fancy Chef can’t figure out how to turn the stove on and said he “didn’t understand” how to use the flour we have. The rest of us get to keep our jobs *for now.*

So I haven’t been on here cuz my place of employment just got sold, and the guy who bought it did so cuz it’s his daughter’s dream to be a head chef. She has no qualifications or training and has never worked in a restaurant before. Send help. 🥲 #restaurantproblems
