A negative personality will not induce cooperation
Emotions turn us inward, away from intelligence, away from reality. If we look out at the world and try to solve problems, we see things through the lens of these emotions; they cloud our vision.
Investing time and energy in pampering the wrong partners in order to avoid turning your back on them is ultimately a fruitless effort, as it eventually leads to the same result—having to turn your back on them.
Going back to the basics, where unit economics path to profitability is the main focus
