@sank256 @EaseMyTrip @rikantpitti Please look into this matter urgently. As a large company, failing to process refunds will cause people to lose trust and avoid booking through your site. We cannot be expected to wait indefinitely for your communication with the airline

No you haven’t.. I can send you the screenshot of the product.. nowhere return policy is mentioned on product page.. I have to return this product as there is size issue, you should mention return period on your product page.. you are fooling customers #flipkartfoolingCustomers

That’s what, then you should mention it on ur product page, the product that I ordered, nowhere 10 days return policy is mentioned, then how customer can predict ur policy. I just want to return this product. #dontmakefoolofurcustomers #flipkartfoolingcustomers
