Approximately 10% of our reports involve sharks with hooks impaled in the mouth region🪝 These are generally sourced from commercial fishing lines and can remain lodged for years. Here is a recent photo of a bull shark (C. leucas) with a hook in the jaw. 📸@Sharkaddicts - Florida
