Green day today. A little frustrating being trigger shy missing ideal entries. Squeezed by $SCTK, but kept it green with $ZDGE and $KXIN. A lot of improvements needed still, but everyday brings more screen time and experience. On to the next....

Completely abysmal trading today. $JFU $PLIN No plan. No rules. The kind of trading that makes you hang ur head in shame. But, that would be admitting defeat. And, I know this is a learning experience. Some days are just going to hurt like this. Pain is the best teacher....

It's only normal that winning trades make you feel elated and losing trades despondent. But, don't be attached to those different states. Feel them as they are, understand their impermanence, and return your mind to a place of equilibrium.
