Hey @AvenueDmart My order #179313397 was split into 2 shipments. The 2nd shipment was missing many items. I've been following up for 3 days, but no resolution! Delivery partner marked 29 items, we got only 22–23 Either deliver the items or issue a refund immediately

Hi @AvenueDmart , My order #179313397 worth ₹24,394 was split into 2 shipments. In the 2nd shipment, items worth ₹7,519 were missing – including kitchen essentials like a cooker, kadai, and more. I've been following up for 3 days, and still no help.

Pathetic service by @ShiprocketIndia! My order (AWB: 347266191968) was never even attempted for delivery (Kolkata to Kolkata) & was marked as RTO! When returned, it was completely broken. Shiprocket is failing businesses daily. Demand full refund + compensation! #WorstService"

Disappointed with @ShiprocketIndia 's incompetence. My parcel (AWB: SRSP6884659627) was generated on 16th Nov, with NO updates since 19th Nov. Escalated via email & help center, but 0 resolution. Is this your standard of service? This is unacceptable. #failed @ShiprocketCare
