Extremely Disappointed with Jio Fiber Service @reliancejio ,We opted and paid for a 30 Mbps plan but consistently receive only 15 Mbps speed. Upon contacting customer care, we were told we are on a healthy connection of 15 Mbps which makes no sense, considering what we paid for

Pathetic customer service by @careinsuranceIN. We renewed our policy in March but haven’t received it yet. Delayed services, unjustified claim rejections & no response to emails. Considering portability by April 2026. Extremely disappointed. #CustomerService #HealthInsurance

Claim rejected by @careinsuranceIN with the vague reason “as per company decision- discrepancy found in documents for every claim.” Customers deserve transparency. What’s the actual discrepancy in the documents? This is a serious concern. Kindly clarify. #ClaimRejection

Country Delight is making my experience worst with them.. The delivery received today was not accurate.. customer care just says.. send photos on WhatsApp where the chatbot replies.. No response for the quality of product.

Tried to fill the wallet of Country delight, of rs 100 on 18 March.But not reflected in wallet Amount of 100 was debited from my account! customer care just replies with it will be refunded to your bank account with 5 to 7 days. It's been 7 days now @MilkCountry @GooglePayIndia

The querie remains unsolved.. @Sandeep90249289 @Paytmcare @PaytmSeONDC , customer care toll free number just guides through the app, alternative customer care number remains switched Off. useless point of ordering from PaytmONDC Who take extra amount and doesn't deliver all item

We ordered mcd meal from paytm ondc, we received the order but the items in the order were missing @Paytmcare @PaytmSeONDC We called the merchant, he says complaint on the app from where you ordered. Already dm the details..no assistance.

I and my family were returning from nashik to mumbai..via Ghodbunder road. Ola driver hit our car and ran away. We were only able to note the car number - MH 04 LE 4284 This is hit and run case and an offence. Ola has disrespectful drivers. @Olacabs @MMVD_RTO @MumbaiPolice

The amount was credited to the receiver...but it can't be shown on his bank account.. @GooglePayIndia .. please look into this matter... My money was debited twice... No action till now.
