@anandmahindra @MahindraRise @MahindraXUV3XO My 3XO is a NIGHTMARE. In just 6 months-dead twice, keys useless, display dead twice, shockers scream, doors rattle, speakers cracked.And it’s now DEAD inside your showroom! Staff shows zero urgency—all energy at SALES, nothing after.

@AmazonHelp Pickup person came, called to come down to handover & when we went down to handover, he was not there & phone was switched off, waited 15 min. Customer care informed that status is showing as Customer didn't turn up for handover. It is getting really frustrating now. @SkvermaNitc
