I've been spending the weekend building a GUI for Qwen-Image-Edit LoRA training. Worst thing other on the actual training side of things seems to be how long it takes to load the base model. About 20 minutes each time! Presumably faster on a SSD, but still... Oof.

Some discoveries with Qwen-Image-Edit 1. Qwen_Image_Edit-Q5_K_S.gguf works on 24GB vram. Beyond 1024x1024 might crash. 2. HTML color codes aren't reliable. 3. Same character in multiple panels/views isn't consistent unless carefully prompted for. #QwenImageEdit @Alibaba_Qwen
