I need all disabled people & folks who love us to note the growing list of states that have proposed legislation to designate autistic people on their driver’s license. 5 states (NY, NV, RH, NC, WV) have introduced a version of this biocertifying registry in 2023. It’s alarming.

If you've never worked at a place full of nuerodivergent people, you're missing out. It's refreshing to be surrounded by other people who are unmasked and unbothered. Not to mention how safe and welcoming it feels!

Have any systems ever tried EMDR? I've been doing it for a bit and I'm struggling so hard. I'm constantly dissociating so much I struggle with actively participating and the "mindfulness" exercises aren't helping at all. #OSDDid #OSDD #systwt #didsystem #OSDDsystem #emdr #therapy
