The Mac, iPhone, iPad versions of SmartHanzi and DDB Access are currently being 100% re-written. This work will still require a few weeks. Details at networks.h-net.org/group/discussi…. #ddbaccess

DDB Access, Windows: v2023.05 is available (the usual notification may not be immediately visible). The new version includes fast access to Couvreur demo (classical Chinese) for characters with multiple references. It also shows loading details in case of server issue.

SmartHanzi & DDB Access, Android: v2023.04 now works correctly in split screen (multi-window) on tablets, with improved UI and demo of Couvreur dictionary for Classical Chinese.

A new version of Chinese Bulk Parser is available at smarthanzi.net/tools CBP can segment Chinese texts for input in text analysis programs. The new version has selectable dictionaries: for Classical Chinese, this avoids recognizing modern words from standard dictionaries.
