AutoLisp script that outputs bill of material quantities. All combiner boxes, MV cable lengths, trench lengths, etc. From an overall layout.
For PV Power Plan drawings consider Medium voltage routing drawings that indicate the size of the cable on the layout. Normally layouts are corroborated with MV single line diagrams. But the benefit of making the conductor size is an all in one drawing reference for construction.
A scope of work should have a clear list of all the deliverables in the project. Each line should be a separate drawing or study. Don't list intermediary steps that are part of the deliverable, it muddies the water.
Last week a roughly 100MW pv power plant was paused. They did not plan out the right number of inverters,so they can't meet the 0.95 lead/lag power factor requirements. The project will be delayed several months as they reinitiate interconnection agreements.
