Everyone thinks AI will replace database professionals. What I believe is that DB professionals using AI will be able to do much more, more quickly than those who don't use AI or people who can't code. Learn to code SQL first - then use AI to make yourself better than the rest.

I solved a client's problem with 9 characters of code (including spaces)! Just for fun, I asked Chat GPT to fix the same issue and it gave me a solution that would probably work, but take 10x more time. There is no substitute for learning to code and fixing things by yourself.
