Rising sophomore, junior and senior undergraduate students from all U.S. colleges/universities are invited to apply for a 10-week NSF/REU summer research program in interdisciplinary water science and engineering at Virginia Tech! App Deadline: Feb 15

SURP is a 12-week program and provides students w/ experience in biomedical research with University of Michigan Medical School faculty. SURP provides a $4200 stipend, housing assistance ($1000), travel assistance (up to $500),and research supply fund ($1000). App deadline: Feb 1

Apply to the 2019 Clemson Chemistry Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Program, a 10 week program with a $5000 stipend as well as housing and travel covered. Deadline to apply: Feb 15.

Apply to the UD Undergraduate Research Scholars Program, a 10 week program on the University of Delaware campus in the summer of 2019. The program will provide a stipend of $4000, as well as housing and round-trip transportation! App deadline Feb. 15.

The Bridge to the Doctorate (BD) Fellowship program supports graduate students from domestic underrepresented minority backgrounds who are pursuing graduate studies in STEM programs at NC State. Students who were LSAMP participants will receive priority. App deadline Jan. 15

The UM-SMART summer research program is a 10-week summer undergrad research program for undergrads interested in careers as physician scientists to enhance their science and academic skills and perform full-time research under the direction of a faculty mentor. Deadline Jan 18.

The ACSWCC for the local Georgia section has announced the third annual ACS Georgia Section Women in Chemistry Scholarship. Two scholarship awards of $500 each will be presented to 1 undergraduate and 1 graduate female majoring in the chemical sciences. Deadline is Nov. 16th!
