No Larry. Police are not tasked with immigration enforcement, but every time an angry crowd forms at enforcement operations, they have a duty to maintain PUBLIC SAFETY for ALL. Preventing police from showing up IS obstruction. It endangers ICE agents and citizen bystanders. 🇺🇸

No, she did not get a ticket for “parking in her own driveway”. She got a ticket because she ENCROACHED upon a sidewalk, a PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY. California law. Deal with it. And some news media outlets phrase it that way to make them look like a victim. the-sun.com/motors/1470868…

Larry it is really really simple yet homeowners do not understand: HOA’s are required to conform with federal and state laws. Period, end of sentence. If state law say that parking on a sidewalk is illegal then it is also illegal inside a #HOA. Live and learn….
