Thank goodness for @DavidPintoD and his colleagues for hauling in the MD of @Firstport who have been ripping off #leaseholders.
PGIM's managers, #FirstPort, failed to recharge commercial units. Their latest summary of expenditure issued 19/12/24 suggests we should pay £99,139.93 for security alone. This was for the 23/24 service charge year when @Firstport withdrew its services.
