Waited 3 weeks for @OVOEnergy site inspection. 4 hour time slot missed. Call 1 - Promised they'd be with me in 10 mins. Call 2 - not coming so have to rebook. Promised to in touch ASAP. 24 hours on - silence. And now they want be to give feedback #CustomerServiceGoneWrong
