Most people fumble big opportunities on the small things. They ignore an email, are late to a meeting, slow walk a calculation. It’s not intentional. Each instance may be justifitied, but these things accumulate. They bleed out the excitement and momentum from new things.

you need the founder. you need the founder there - he actually needs to be present. if the founder is gone it's over. this is why you can't invest in founders that are normal. normal people would stop pushing as soon as they have a modicum of success. you need insane founders

London is one of the world's most expensive cities. The market is crying out for more housing, but supply has ground to a halt due to a broken Building Safety Regulator and excessive affordable housing mandates. This is a colossal policy failure.
