We are receiving earthquake reports from Logan to Riverton. The strongest shaking seems to have been felt around Salt Lake County. The power has been knocked out in some areas. #utquake

The victim from yesterday shooting has been identified as, Lazaro A. Nieves, 29 years old from Springville. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this time. We will have more information about the case tomorrow.

We are investigating a shooting that occurred near 1600 S. SR-89 at 2:00 AM. The 29 yo victim has passed away. More information will be released as it becomes available.

We have a small power outage affecting 1600 homes on the East side. This was caused by a traffic accident. Our power department is on-scene. There is no timeline yet. @SpringvilleDPS
