Year 6 @StMargaretsPrep have been using ‘Swift’, a powerful programming language created by Apple. It is used for creating apps for IOS and Apple Watch. The pupils are solving challenges by programming a character called, ‘Byte’. #codingClub #ProgrammingForKids #LearnToCode
Year 6 have been learning all about ‘Fake News’ in their research about certain explorers. They were set a challenge to find answers using the website allboutexplorers.com; they soon realised that sometimes all is not as it seems!
The iPad has been around since 2010 and is very popular across the age-ranges. Let’s look at the potential hazards and how we can make help our children @StMargaretsPrep to be safe when using such devices.
