3/ Zuma contempt case: •Not a corruption trial. •He defied a direct order to obey the State Capture Commission. •He was notified. Invited to respond. He refused. •Court held him in contempt & imposed 15 months. Later rescission failed.

2/ Robinson case (ConCourt): •Section 10 = magistrate checks extradition papers only. •Section 11 = Minister decides if surrender is unjust. The High Court blurred the line. ConCourt corrected it. That’s discipline, not “twisted tongues.”
