This is a legitimate embarrassing performance by the Chargers defense. Washington is averaging over 7.0 yards per play. They have been on the field for less plays than the Commander D. They cannot tackle and allowed a 7th-round rookie RB to have a breakout game. All around bad.

More sloppy operation for the #Chargers. Keenan Allen had his hands raised to the sideline bc the offense only had 10 players on the field. Tyler Conklin runs on as late sub. Play clock running down, Justin Herbert has to rush snap. Conklin then drops a pass. Turnover on downs.

Omarion Hampton, 1st-round RB. Remove the training wheels. He needs at least 25 carries per game. Want to protect your QB? Run the ball, even if it’s not effective. More passes increase chances for sacks and interceptions.

Jim Harbaugh & Joe Hortiz were hired in part to address the offensive deficiencies that Herbert masks year after year. Two years in, Herbert is still asked to mask the deficiencies. If Harbaugh really wants to get Herbert into the Hall, he should construct a better offense.
