National #StutteringAcceptance Week is May 12-18 Thought I’d share my experience meeting @itsBayleyWWE at #SummerSlam Axxess 2019 I showed the 2 words where I stuttered below She did the RIGHT thing, maintained eye contact & had a normal facial expression Meant a lot to me 🥺

I quit my job last year, it was best for BOTH my physical & mental health After quitting, I got support for my #ADHD and that gave me confidence to go back to college to study Social Service Work Now I’m on a journey to ALSO become a #TEFL English teacher 😁😱 #ADHDjourney

As an #ADHDer, I use Lofi music, a visual timer, a fidget toy, and an app to keep me off my phone in order to get started and focus on my college readings But as an ADHDer, the challenge is REMEMBERING to use these tools 😂😫 #ADHDlife #ADHDAwareness #ADHDtwt #ADHDTwitter #ADHD
