Not in every case, of course, but mostly, on average, I have found professional women to be more competent, more emotionally literate, & more focused on the work (as opposed to themselves/their status/ego slights). The pattern is unmistakeable.

I don't expect people to follow deep-in-the-weeds housing policy stuff but I need everyone to understand that "if your proposed apartment building follows local zoning rules, the city government has to actually let you build it" remains a RADICAL reform proposal in California.
