I am losing weight slowly and steadily for the first time in forever (usually it’s lose quick -> gain some back -> maintain -> repeat) but people for the past few days have been telling me they are fasting or haven’t eaten since xyz so tempted to do a week fast again 🤠✌️

i think the saddest thing about having an ed, is that u just spend your days waiting for time to pass. your not living your just waiting. waiting until u get thinner, waiting until u can eat, waiting until u like yourself. it’s such a waste always wishing for the next day to come

I’ve decided to focus on my studies rather than steps (its assignment season) so I’ll be barely moving but :) this is such a hard decision but I end up stressed about having to do “everything” I do nothing Now I’m not a 155lb person so I’ll burn a lot less but still something

Life was so good when I didn’t count calories and waked 60k+ steps everyday for a month, I lost a lot, now my back hurts from walking 2k steps 🥰

Feeling hopeless about weight loss, I haven’t weighed myself in 2 weeks but I doubt I lost…feeling so physically awful for what reason?? One positive is I got 96% on my exam whoop whoop I guess
