While the overbridge to connect Majerhat railway and Metro station passes over Platform 4-5, there is no ramp towards these platforms. Pls build a ramp down the platform so that Circular rail users may avail the metro easily. @IndianRailMedia @EasternRailway @metrorailwaykol

03145/6 is running with old coaches without charging facility beside the bed. Passengers have to queue in front of toilet to charge mobile. Please change the coaches to save passengers from harassment. @drm_kir @drmsdah @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia
