I am heartily disappointed with @IRCTCofficial Tatkal Booking Service on its portal and App. It's been 3 days unable to get a confirmed ticket instead of it's shown available, it goes in the waiting list, while payment processing ? Kindly provide appropriate help. @RailwaySeva

Upset with @IRCTCofficial Booking Preference for 60 days prior Ticket Reservation. Within 15 mins of the Stipulated time the Booking Slots went from Available to Waiting List for 16337 - OKHA ERS Exp from BSR to KKW. And even berth preference didn't work for Senior Citizens.
