Sure Petcare app update. As of 22.25GMT the system is now stable and normal service should resume. If you are still having issues accessing the app, please force close and restart app. We again wish to apologies for this inconvenience.

Part 1 We are aware of an issue with the server affecting the Sure Petcare app. This is affecting customers making changes on the app as well as receiving notifications. It will not stop your pets coming in and going out on their door devices or accessing food from the feeders.
We have become aware of an issue affecting notifications on Android devices following our recent Sure Petcare App update (v3.3.3), meaning that you may not currently receive notifications. Our team are currently working on resolving this issue. Our apologies for any inconvenience

We bought a microchip catflap as our delicate flower 🐈⬛was being terrorised by local hoodlums coming in. Stopped working so I wrote to @SurePetcare expecting to jump through hoops, but they immediately dispatched a replacement, absolutely no quibbling. Fantastic service! 👏

The support I have received from @SurePetcare to repair a malfunctioning cat flap bought more than 5 years ago has been exemplary. They could have easily just said I needed to buy a new one. I would recommend them to any cat owners (servants)
So 4 months after investing in @SurePetcare digital feeders: Leonard has lost weight (500grams?), no more neck fat rolls, no more bloating, less vomiting He has more energy- loves this climbing tree & has started jumping again (like watching a 747 land 😂😂)

This @SurePetcare surefeed training mode is pretty impressive. She’s gone from not wanting to go anywhere near the feeder to step 3, which almost has the food completely covered and makes a bit of noise when it opens. I honestly had serious doubts when I first set it up.
