Our critics, to us: You just want to control women’s bodies. Surrogacy agencies: We’ll tell you when you can have sex. Please don’t climax until heartbeat confirmation.
@SurrogConcern And what happens if they breach this contract?
@SurrogConcern They call it "surrogacy journey"? Just like a lovely walk in the park, is it?
@SurrogConcern Oh, I’m saving this one for the next time that argument starts.
@SurrogConcern It's amazing that people can't understand the sole reason for pregnancy is to create a new human body, like they don't matter. Nobody has a pregnancy just for fun without a new human involved. Bodily autonomy only relates to rejecting a fetus, not forcing one in.
@SurrogConcern @leakylike I get that they don’t want to risk the surrogate getting pregnant with her own baby when she’s supposed to be having theirs, but, have they never heard of condoms? Those things are pretty reliable
@SurrogConcern @SJSK71216091 Ugh. Imagine asking a woman to sign such a contract. Utterly amoral.
